Shipping Info
We ship to the US and Canada using our standard rates and policies from birdlovershop.com.
How long it takes:
- We need 1-2 business days to get your order ready
- Shipping takes 6-8 business days (not counting weekends/holidays)
- If you're in a rural area, give it up to 20 business days
- Shipping costs might change
Important stuff: We'll send your order out in 2-3 business days (except pre-orders take longer). Double-check your address because once it's shipped, we can't change where it's going - that's on you to get right.
Heads up:
- Fast shipping doesn't work for P.O. Boxes or military addresses
- Processing time is separate from shipping time, and things like wrong addresses or customs can slow things down
- You pay any customs fees
Tracking your order: After we send you a confirmation email, you can track your package online. Once it's shipped out (you get a tracking number), you usually can't cancel anymore.
